At TUNE, social responsibility means empowering all TUNE employees to lead in our respective communities and industries. The TUNE Cares program was created to support individual passions, facilitate community engagement, and drive responsible corporate citizenship under our three pillars: community, industry and leadership. Our initiatives build shared value for the company, mobile marketing industry, and communities where we live and work — and we aim to inspire others to show gratitude for their privilege by taking action as well. Below is an explanation of our three pillars and examples of how our employees and community fulfill them. 

How TUNE Cares gives back

TUNE CaresOur Berlin office took an afternoon to go ice skating with Syrian refugees, and welcomed them to their community.

OUR COMMITMENT TO INDUSTRY: Furthering the evolution of the developer community through dialogue and education, with an emphasis on women in technology.

TUNE House RoadshowThe TUNE House Roadshow visited a middle school and met with more than 70 female students to share stories, advice, and words of encouragement to register for a tech related class.

OUR COMMITMENT TO LEADERSHIP: Empowering all employees to lead by building a passionate, creative, and forward-thinking culture that promotes innovation and inclusivity.

TUNE CaresPatrick, one of our software development engineers, gave a presentation at our annual engineering retreat, Geeks in the Woods.
