How We Hire
Our remote-friendly hiring process has six steps:

- Have an initial chat with our HR Business Partner/Hiring Manager
- Complete a brief cognitive ability and personality test>
- Interview to assess your knowledge and experience
- Hands-on exercise to assess your skills (varies per role)
- Culture contribution interview
