Today I’m beyond excited to be officially leading TUNE’s first central European office, in BERLIN!
I’m Julian, and have been working at TUNE for three months. I have to say, the experience has been nothing short of life changing. The team is dedicated to customers like no other company I’ve seen, and the innovation in technology continues to amaze me. I was fortunate to be a part of several company-wide events early on, so I’ve also had the opportunity to meet nearly everyone across our 217 person team and couldn’t be more impressed with the talent we have at TUNE.
Last month, I flew to Seattle to attend the company’s yearly customer and partner event, Postback. With more than 400 attendees across the mobile marketing ecosystem, this event showed the team’s attention to detail, hospitality, and deep interest in supporting our customers and partners. I’ve never seen a partner event like this and certainly have never been to one that felt more real and inviting. On top of that, this was the event where the new company name was announced and we entered a new era as TUNE.
So now here I am, stationed here in Berlin and ready to bring that same vision and experience to Central Europe. I’ve got fantastic teams supporting me in Tel Aviv, London, and Stockholm, and even more importantly, I feel strongly supported by our CRO, Ralf Hirt, and Micah Gantman, our VP of Business Development and Operations. They continue to give special attention to the region because of so much innovation happening here in Germany.
Berlin is alive with startups. New ideas and execution have become a part of the city’s DNA, and mobile is playing a very special role in that development. That is why we’re here, to support those who are pushing the limits of what the mobile experience should look like. Germany is a strong contributor of global advertisers, leading marketers, growing ad networks, and data-driven decision makers, all of whom make up one of the most exciting mobile ecosystems in the world. I’m thrilled to now be a part of that ecosystem and to be on the TUNE team where we are dedicated to making the entire mobile marketing ecosystem better, for everyone.
